We have been involved in pioneering national e-Government Programme work and have led both a national financial benefits realisation study and researched the business case for change within social services in relation to the FAME national e-government trailblazer.

acclaim has supported organisations to develop and implement corporate e-Services programmes. This has included re-engineering services and moving them towards Customer Contact Centres and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based solutions.

Our Team can also develop bespoke systems through via in-house expertise or partnerships with software developers. Our credentials gained from our work with GlaxoSmithKline (where we led testing for GlaxoSmithKline’s global accounts payable system [processing £1billion p.a.] and developed e-learning material for a 30,000 user system) and in respect of the software tools we developed to support programme management evidence this.
